I know you have a lot on your plate... so we've intentionally designed this course so that it's packed with content but will take just minutes from your day.

Each Module consists of 5 lessons with videos & exercises that should take no more than 30 minutes to complete, but each one is PACKED with my best strategies.

Think of each lesson as a 30 minute personal coaching session with me.

The time commitment is small, but the results can be HUGE!


WEEK 1: DISCOVERY

  • In the first module, we will lay the foundation so you can start working towards your peak productivity and creating a life you love.
  • Each 30 minute lesson is designed to help you discover your priorities, create your personal mission statement and start tracking your productivity.
  • Activities during week 1 will include my Life Map Exercise, the brand new 100 Years Download, the Life Purpose, and my favorite... the Productivity Tracker.

WEEK 2: CLARITY

  • This module is all about uncovering strategies to get you focused and in 'The Zone'.
  • Each day I'll take you through proven strategies to eliminate distractions, remove roadblocks and build in those critical breaks and downtime.
  • This week is all about learning to be EFFECTIVE... not just efficient.
  • Activities for module 2 include my Distractions & Solutions Worksheet, the eye-opening Sunk Cost Exercise, and my Bottlenecks Identifier.

WEEK 3: PRIORITY

  • In week 3, we'll take all your hard work from the first two modules, and use those to build your personalized productivity structure for each day of the week.
  • These 30 minute lessons focus on building habits, creating morning & evening routines, theming your days, automations... and much more.
  • Exercises for this week include the Ideal Morning & Evening Worksheet, the Routine Map, and one of my favorites... the Automations Worksheet.

WEEK 4: HARMONY

  • The last week of the course is where we pull everything together and make sure you achieve harmony... not the myth of balance... in your life.
  • The 5 lessons in Module 4 focus on achieving harmony between your work and your relaxation time, and why it's okay (and vital) to enjoy the whitespace you've created in your life.
  • Activities for this final week include Streamlining Your 'No', the Me Time worksheet, and my new Harmony Scorecard.

How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this inaugural version of the liveWELL Method course for as long as you like. Plus, you'll have an additional 6 months to access all course updates so you can also enjoy version 2.0 of the course next spring FREE!
Do you offer a discount?
Yes! When you register, you have two payment options. You can pay for the course in full at $597 and save $100! You can also choose our payment plan option, which allows you to make two payments, totaling $697. The first payment is due at registration and the second will be automatically billed 30 days after your original purchase.
Will my employer cover the cost of this course?
Many employers do allocate funds for employee training and are often more than willing to help you... especially when it can improve your effectiveness on your team and for the company. Just ask your manager to see how this works in your organization.

What if I get behind?
Don't worry about falling behind. You will have plenty of time to complete the course on your own schedule. You can access the course materials for up to 6 months.
How is this productivity course different from others?
Other courses are about systems that supposedly work for everyone., but this course is focused on YOU. Together, we will dig deep and create a personalized productivity system that will easily integrate into your lifestyle. The most important part of this course is that it's not just a 4-week program, and we're done. I like to stay on the journey with you. You'll be given valuable resources during the course and after, allowing you to be accountable and reflect on how you're doing after the course is over.
How long will each lesson and module take me to complete?
Each module is released at the beginning of the week on Sundays in this 4-week course. There are five daily lessons in each module which should take around 30 minutes to complete. You can start each week and work on the course on the same days you go to work, whether that's Mon. - Fri. or Tues. - Sat., etc. The course can work with your schedule, but be sure to view and work on the content and activities in order, as they build on each other!
What will I gain after completing the course?
During the course, you will lay the foundation of what your true priorities are, discovering your mission statement and life purpose.
